AC Composites
AC Composites has been universally recognised for its commitment to quality and is a leading manufacturer of low to medium volume structural and visual composite products and tooling.
We are highly capable specialists in producing one off prove-out concept parts as well as reverse moulds and parts from existing products and components.
We plan to transfer the experience we have gained from working with many of the leading Autosport/F1 teams into providing a bespoke service to our clients.

Full Engineering Support Package
We are fully familiar and conversant with technical standards, EU directives and legal requirements. Our pro-active attitude helps drive the evolution of product development whilst maintaining critical milestones.
Engineering Development
Our engineers provide CAD support, develop concepts and fixing strategies, carry out tolerance stack analysis and produce detailed part and manufacturing drawings.
Engineering Management
We provide full project life cycle support from concept, through development and into the industrialisation phase with regular Design For Manufacture (DFM) reviews.
Manufacturing
State-of-the-art autoclave processing with our LBBC 1m x 2m and newly installed Scholz 1.7m x 3m autoclaves. 3 large clean rooms with 17 workstations.
Tooling & Finishing
Custom tooling solutions including one-off prove-out concept parts, reverse moulds from existing products. Complete finishing with dust extracted fitting area and diamond blade bandsaw.
